Honey Lime Chicken Fajitas

🌮🥑Honey lime chicken fajitas (freezer friendly!)

🥄Perfect for pre-baby prep, making for a friend, while baby wearing, or a quick weeknight meal. Dairy & soy free, to modify to GF with the right tortillas!


What you need:
- 1 1/2 lb thin cut chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2T honey
- 2T lime juice
- 2T garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2T chili powder
- 1 pack soft fajita tortillas
- 4 single serve guacamole cups (optional)
- 3 bell peppers
- 2 gallon freezer bags and 1 smaller non freezer bag

How to:
-Cut chicken breasts into strips, place in freezer bag
- Marinade: add olive oil, honey, lime juice and spices to bowl and whisk
- Pour marinade over chicken strips in bag, seal and knead to combine, set aside
- Cut peppers into strips, place in smaller bag
- In the second freezer bag, add bag of peppers, tortillas and guac
- Label and place in fridge or freezer
- Cooking from fridge: let chicken marinade at least a few hours, saute peppers first then chicken next, separately in oil
- Cooking from freezer: Let chicken thaw overnight in fridge, then cook rest same as from fridge method
- Serve chicken and peppers on warmed tortilla and with a dollop of guacamole! 👩‍🍳
