how I support you at a virtual prenatal consult:

  • hearing your goals for feeding baby

  • your health, pregnancy and breast history

  • flange sizing

  • types of products you need vs. products you don’t

  • what to expect and do a few weeks before baby through a few days postpartum

    • hand expression, positioning, feeding frequency, diaper output, etc

  • specific considerations tailored to your feeding goals

  • breastfeeding resources

  • how insurance stuff works (if you want to talk about that!)

  • how I can continue to support you on your feeding journey

how each option works to help you in your decision:

work with me directly

Either you have an insurance carrier I am out-of-network with (see Lactation support coverage 101) OR you want the whole lactation support process to include just your family and I (no third party), this option is for you

Cost (out-of-pocket): $125

  • (there is a very good chance your insurance will reimburse this if you decide and you will receive no additional charges after session ends)

What is included:

  • One, 60 minute Zoom call

  • 2 weeks of texting/email support after birth

What the process looks like:

  1. You book your session time with payment

  2. Complete intake paperwork online before session

  3. We have our session!

  4. I give you a superbill if you would like to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (see more here)

let’s do this!
